Hi there! I’m Morgan and I can remember feeling completely overwhelmed and lost when my doctor told me I needed to start eating gluten free.

I didn’t know the first thing about eating gluten free and all the doctor did was hand me a massive list of things I could no longer eat and sent me on my way. 

I was certain I would only be eating salad for the rest of my life, and for the first two weeks, that’s pretty much all I did eat.  I was starving and miserable.  I wished so badly that I had a friend or mentor to help me figure this all out!

It was a slow process filled with insane amounts of research (and a lot of tears) but I eventually started to get the hang of this new gluten free lifestyle.
