Peach Pie – Gluten Free, Vegan

  • 1/3 cup 
  • 1/3 cup 
  • 1/3 cup 
  • 1/4 cup 
  • 3/4 tsp 
  • 1/2 tsp 
  • 1/2 cup 
  • 1 1/2 tsp 

  • 8 cup
  • 1/2 cup 
  • 1/4 cup 
  • 1 tsp 
  • 1/4 tsp 
  • 1 tbsp 

  • 1/2 cup 
  • 1 cup Better Batter
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)

Instructions

Bake and Cool

  1. Allow the pie to cool for at least 3 hours to allow the filling to thicken up.  I like to cool the pie in the refrigerator to make sure the filling is extra sturdy.
  2. Cover the pie and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
