Gluten Free Hummus – Vegan, Oil Free
This gluten free, vegan, and oil free Hummus recipe is SO easy to make and tastes amazing! With only a few simple ingredients you can have a delicious and healthy snack ready in 10 minutes!
I cannot get enough of this homemade hummus!
It’s just so good on so many different things! My whole family loves to have it with fresh vegetables for a healthy snack during the week.
I’ve also started having it on wraps during the week for a quick lunch. It’s creamy, smoky, and so versatile.
It’s also SO easy to make! You just throw everything in a blender or food processor and blend it up.
You can also very easily double this recipe if you find yourself needing more. I double it every time I make it because we go through so much of it so quickly.
So let’s talk about how you make it!
GLUTEN FREE HUMMUS RECIPE INGREDIENTS:
- Garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- Vegetable broth
- Tahini
- Lemon
- Garlic cloves
- Smoked paprika
- Onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
HOW TO MAKE GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN, AND OIL FREE HUMMUS:
- Add all ingredients to a high powdered blender or food processor.
- Blend on high until smooth. Add 1 tbsp of water at a time if the hummus is too thick.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.

- 1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 lemon, juiced (about 2 tbsp)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high powdered blender or food processor.
- Blend on high until smooth. Add 1 tbsp of water at a time if the hummus is too thick.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
