The creamy coleslaw dressing recipe I’m sharing today only requires a few ingredients and is packed with flavor.

I personally like to buy the bag of coleslaw mix all ready to go and then just add my dressing to it. This saves so much time!

So let’s talk about how you make this super easy Creamy Coleslaw!

EASY CREAMY COLESLAW RECIPE INGREDIENTS:

  • Bagged Coleslaw mix: The mix I buy has green cabbage, shredded carrots, and red cabbage.

Coleslaw Dressing Recipe Ingredients:

  • Vegan mayonnaise: I use “Soy Free Vegenaise”. You can use regular mayonnaise if you don’t have an egg allergy.
  • Apple cider vinegar 
  • Dijon mustard 
  • Maple syrup 
  • Celery seeds 
  • Salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO MAKE EASY CREAMY COLESLAW DRESSING:

  1. Mix together dressing ingredients: In a medium sized bowl, mix together all of the coleslaw dressing ingredients.
  2. Stir coleslaw dressing into vegetables: Add the bag of coleslaw mix to a large bowl and pour the dressing over the vegetables evenly.  Mix well to coat.
  3. Serve: You can serve this coleslaw right away or allow to chill in the refrigerator for an hour or two before serving.  The coleslaw will soften as it sits in the dressing.

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz bag coleslaw mix (green cabbage, shredded carrots, and red cabbage) 

Coleslaw Dressing Recipe Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup vegan mayonnaise (I use “Soy Free Vegenaise”)
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/2 tsp celery seeds 
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together all of the coleslaw dressing ingredients.
  2. Add the bag of coleslaw mix to a large bowl and pour the dressing over the vegetables evenly.  Mix well to coat.
  3. Serve right away or allow to chill in the refrigerator for an hour or two before serving.  The coleslaw will soften as it sits in the dressing.
