Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Bites – Gluten Free, Vegan, and Refined Sugar Free

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder 
  • 1/2 cup dried dates, chopped (another dried fruit or vegan chocolate chips are great too)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp water 

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl.  Mix until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into 2” balls.*  
  3. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. 

Notes

If the mixture is too wet to roll, simply place it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up a bit.
