Ingredients

- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2 cup flax seed meal
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup dried dates, chopped (another dried fruit or vegan chocolate chips are great too)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 2” balls.*
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Notes
If the mixture is too wet to roll, simply place it in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to firm up a bit.
