This Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana Chia Pudding recipe is so delicious and takes about 5 minutes to prep! It's gluten free, vegan, and makes a perfect healthy snack or breakfast!

Chocolate Peanut Butter & Banana Chia Pudding – Gluten Free, Vegan

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup dairy free milk of choice (I use Homemade Almond Milk)
  • 1 1/22 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • Vegan chocolate chips (I use “Enjoy Life” brand)


  1. Add chia seeds, cocoa powder, dairy free milk, maple syrup, and vanilla to a mason jar or small bowl.  Whisk until combined.
  2. Cover and place chia pudding in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  3. Once chia pudding has set up, stir in peanut butter and mix in sliced bananas.
  4. Optionally top with vegan chocolate chips.
