- 2 avocados
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted (avocado oil works as well)
- 1/3 cup + 3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 3/4 cup dairy free milk of choice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Halve and pit the avocados.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 1 hour to have chilled pudding.
