BBQ Baked Salmon – Gluten Free & Dairy Free

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Place salmon, skin side down in a 9 x 13 dish or baking sheet.
  3. In a small bowl, add all seasoning and stir to combine.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over each salmon filet evenly.
  5. Rub a generous amount of seasoning on each fillet.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes depending on filet thickness. Salmon should flake apart and the center should be light pink when fully cooked.
