I love making homemade treats like these Avocado pudding pops during the summer months.

Not only are they healthy, but they are the perfect way to cool down on a hot summer day.

The idea to make avocado pudding pops came to me the last time I made my avocado pudding recipe.

I thought that it might freeze really well to make Popsicles. So I put some of the pudding in a couple of my Popsicle molds to see how they would turn out.

They turned out AMAZING!

They are so chocolaty and you would never guess that they were made with avocados. My whole family loves them!

So let’s talk about how you make them!
