10 Gluten Free & Dairy Free Freezer Meals
When I had my daughter, almost four years ago, I did not prepare any meals for after she arrived. That was a HUGE mistake.
Sure we had people to bring us food, but most of our meals consisted of fast food for the first few months of her life, yikes! So with my son, I knew I wanted to be overly prepared.
This was also my first pregnancy with food allergies so it wasn’t as simple as going out to grab some fast food or having family bring us food.
I needed to have gluten free and dairy free options available for the whole family when he arrived, so I got to work.
I prepped 20 meals before my son arrived and it was the best time I could have possibly spent getting ready for the baby.
We had gluten free and dairy free home cooked meals ready for the first month and a half of his life.
All I had to do was cook the food, most of which was in a slow cooker, so it was very little effort.
Below are the links to the recipes for all of the meals I prepared before baby arrived. I made two of each recipe to equal 20 meals (around 120 servings of food!).
In the instructions section of all of the recipes, you will see freezer instructions you can follow to prepare these meals ahead of time.
I hope you enjoy them as much as we have!

I absolutely love how delicious and easy it was to put together this BBQ chicken and that included making a homemade BBQ sauce!
The sauce takes about 15 minutes to make and then you just throw the chicken and sauce in the slow cooker and let it cook for 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low.
Teriyaki Chicken
This gluten free, dairy free, and soy free teriyaki chicken tasted so much better than it used to when I would use the store bought sauce.
I love making my own sauces at home so I can control exactly what goes in it, reduce the sodium, and adjust the flavors to get it exactly how my family likes it.

Pizza
When this pizza crust came out of the oven, I’m pretty sure I did a happy dance in my kitchen.
When I cut into it, it wasn’t a gummy mess like my past gluten free pizza experiences, it actually looked like bread!
You can see the little air pockets in it and the bottom crisped up beautifully.
Slow Cooker Chicken Enchilada Soup
Enchiladas are one of my favorite meals ever! I think one of the biggest reasons is because of the enchilada sauce.
I could eat it by the spoonful! So imagine how excited I was to come across the idea of enchilada soup.
I get to eat enchilada sauce by the spoonful and not have my husband look at me strange!
